This role really is one of a kind, working for a privately owned/managed, beautiful, independent hotel and wedding venue on the outskirts of Bristol, set in acres of stunning grounds.
We are recruiting for a Wedding Co-ordinator to join the team.
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role forms part of the small management team and is responsible for the sale and co-ordination of all weddings at the hotel, plus occasional delivery of weddings on the day as required.
Working in a team of 2, the Wedding Co-ordinator will take a lead role to ensure the highest of standards are delivered, working with the F&B team and chefs and closely with clients throughout the process.
Work closely with the senior team regarding pricing, marketing & offers to ensure financial KPIs are met.
Who is it for
To be considered for this role you must come with either wedding coordination experience or have undertaken a degree in Events Management. But most of all, enthusiasm for weddings is key!
Hours, Salary and Perks
Hours: 40 hours a week. This role is mainly Monday - Friday with some weekend work (on a rota basis). Days off and hours can be flexible for the right candidate
Salary: £25,000 pa + £2,500 in performance related bonus per year
