Terms and Conditions

Please see below the terms and conditions for booking a stay at Berwick Lodge.

Booking Policy

50% of your total booking will be charged at the point of confirmation. The remaining balance will be due 3pm on the day of arrival.

Please note that our booking policy may vary dependent on the package that you have booked. Please see individual terms and conditions when booking packaged rates, or if booking through a third-party website (such as booking.com).

If booking flowers or a massage, full payment is required at the time of confirmation – a member of our reception team will be in touch to take full payment.

Cancelation Policy

Bookings need to be cancelled by 3pm, on the day prior to your arrival, in order to avoid a full charge.

Flowers or massages are non-refundable from the time of confirmation - when full payment is made.

Rates and Products

Bedroom rates are per room, per night.

Products (e.g. breakfast or dinner) are per the number of guests staying – unless otherwise stated.

We also offer special rates and inclusive packages which combine room rates with products.

VAT

All rates include VAT and are subject to change without notice. All charges will be made in GBP.

Extra Guest Charges (Including Children, Teenagers and Adults)

Additional guests may be added to an already existing bedroom booking. Children, Teenagers or Adults can stay for £30 per night including breakfast, in an already booked bedroom. This is subject to the suitability of the specific room and if an additional bed is available for the specific night.

Arrival and Departure – Check In and Out Times

Check in is from 3pm, although you are of course more than welcome to arrive earlier (from 12pm) on the day of your check-in to enjoy a drink at the bar and a stroll in our gardens.

Earlier check in’s and later check out's can be pre-arranged with our reception team and are subject to availability.

We require your room back by 11am on the day of departure.

Our Right To Cancel

We may cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice (which includes e-mail). In such event we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and if you have already paid, we will refund your full payment to you. Of course, if you have not yet paid, then you will not be required to make payment to us.
