This inclusive wedding package for £9,449  has been put together for couples wishing to hold their weddingfrom Monday 15th December 2025 - end of February 2026. Your Wedding Package for 50 guests will comprise of:

• Venue hire of Berwick Lodge**

• DJ & outdoor sparklers

• Drinks reception - Prosecco

• 3-course wedding breakfast

• Half a bottle of house wine per guest

• Toast drink - Prosecco

• Tea & coffee 

• Modest evening catering

Total cost including 8 bedrooms @ £1,390 = £10,839(Berwick has 14 bedrooms - 12 in the main lodge & 2 in the 'Mews'. We require 8 top-tier bedrooms to be taken as a minimum) 

If you would like more guests to join you on your special day additional prices are as follows: Guests for the day and evening £103 per person; Evening guests £13.95 per person.  

**Venue hire includes:

• Exclusive use hire from 12pm - 11am  

• Ceremony hosted with ceremony styling package and chiavari chairs (registrars fees not included)  

• Use of dressing room on the morning with prosecco & pastries for up to 10  

• Early check in for your wedding suite at 11:30am  

• Deluxe wedding suite on the wedding night  

• Vintage white postbox; two signage easels; cake stand & knife; table number stands; umbrellas; garden games; Bose sound system  

• White linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware  

• Dedicated event manager on the wedding day, with waiting & bar staff

• An experience wedding coordinator to help with planning
